Biography
An immigrant from Ghana, Attorney Benny is passionate about advocating for immigrants. She fiercely represents her clients and uses all legal avenues to get their immigration needs resolved.
Attorney Benny has extensive experience drafting decisions for immigration judge, having clerked in the Florence Immigration Court via the Department of Justice (DOJ) Honors Program. She knows what judges take into consideration when making immigration decisions - this makes her the best advocate for you.
Attorney Benny is a graduate of Georgetown Law, where she focused on Human Rights and Women’s Rights. She also attended CUNY, John Jay College of Criminal Justice, where she graduated cum laude and was awarded the Leonard Reisman Medal, the highest graduating honor given to the outstanding member of the senior class for distinguished scholarship and exceptional service.
Attorney Benny is the founder and CEO of Rehoboth Hope Foundation, a non profit organization in Ghana that supports special needs children and their parents. Currently, Rehoboth Hope Foundation is building the Rehoboth Orphanage in Prampram. 10% of proceeds from Rehoboth Law goes into Rehoboth Hope Foundation and its projects.

Pre Law Coach
Attorney Benny has mentored underrepresented students for the past six years, empowering them to apply to and excel in law school. Specifically, Attorney Benny reviews personal statements and resumes. She also conducts mock interviews for her mentees and assists with the application process. As a result, some of her law school mentees have been accepted into the Top 14 law schools, such as Harvard Law and Georgetown Law, with generous scholarship packages.
Women’s Rights Advocacy
Attorney Benny is a staunch Women’s Rights Advocate. She hosts panel discussions to address issues that affect women, such as gender-based violence, mental health issues, etc. She has the compassion to advocate for women, especially those going through abuse and other kinds of trauma.
Women’s Empowerment
Attorney Benny has launched a clothing and jewelry line named Nyameye Collection, which works with female entrepreneurs in Eastern and Western Africa. Thirty percent of the proceeds from the sales go to the women. For example, one of the entrepreneurs in Ghana used the proceeds from this clothing line to pay for her college tuition. Another entrepreneur, a single mother, uses the proceeds to fend for herself and her two minor children.

Visitor Visas
Visitor visas are nonimmigrant visas for people who want to enter the United States temporarily for business such as (visa category B-1), tourism (visa category B-2), or for a combination of both purposes (B-1/B-2). The applicant must show sufficient ties to their home country in order to obtain a visitor’s visa. Rehoboth Law has experience assisting people with their visitors visa applications.
