Attorney Benny is an immigrant from Ghana who migrated to the U.S. in 2011. As an immigrant, she understand how frustrating the immigrant experience can be. For example, her green card arrived with a name error (Benedicia ), and she had to go through the process of having the error rectified. She understands the immigrant frustrations, because she has been through it herself.

Attorney Benny clerked in the Florence immigration Court via DOJ Honors program. As a judicial law clerk, she conducted legal research, and wrote numerous decisions for immigration judges. Accordingly, she knows how immigration judges decide cases, she has a a deep knowledge about immigration laws. Further, she previously worked with federal agencies such as the Department of Homeland Security. So she knows how these agencies work.

Attorney Benny graduated from Georgetown law - a top 14 law school. It shows her drive, and passion for excelling. She uses the same passion to represent her clients and get desired results.

Social impact - Attorney Benny is the founder of Rehoboth Hope Foundation - a non profit in Ghana which supports children, particularly children with disabilities, and their caretakers. Rehoboth Hope Foundation is currently building an orphanage. 10% of all Rehoboth law’s proceeds goes to Rehoboth Hope Foundation.
